Re: Flame Treating Polyethyene and Starboad Before Bonding with Sealant

I have done this often, using West System epoxy as the resin. None of the fumes created are healthy, so wear a respirator, work outdoors if possible, and have a spray bottle of water handy in case your flaming gets a bit too enthusiastic.
