Fastening pictures, objects to wood bulkhead??

OK, not sure this is the right forum. But, what the heck.

Mamma has some "stuff" she want's "hung on the wall". I don't want anything sticking to or driven through our wood "walls". Any recommendations on a product that 1) works and 2) most importantly, when it comes time to remove it will come off without damaging the "wall"?

TIA,

TIA,
We have used 3M 2 sided foam tape aboard Faith for some time now. Works well, and can be removed with some minor clean up later. Use longer peices for heavier frames.

We use two sided tape but be warned it may remove some finishes (like what they use on Beneteaus) when you remove it.

I use the grey Velcro (West has it) to mount just about everthing - pictures, half-hulls, recording barometer, etc.Nothing has fallen in 4 years and the adhesive wipes of easily when you want to move something.

Little blocks of wood screwed down to fit the corners work nicely to hold a picture in any weather, you can probably scrounge some scraps of some teak combined or something nice. Because any space on a boat (especially bulkhead space) is too valuable to devote solely any one thing, I made a painting I have the face for a shallow cabinet,
