Fantastic Mechanic in Greece

Just want to share we had an excellent experience in Greece hiring a superb mechanic.
Thoughtful, smart, well rounded in his knowledge and experience, he fixed all of our problems that included but are not limited to battery charging issues, AIS issues, engines, and installed items like a new icemaker. too.
With so much bad publicity about Greece, we thought anyone who is going or is already there and needs service, we'd pass on our good fortune of finding a gem in the Med.
best service we've had from any country we visited and very affordable and timely.

Sorry forgot to mention where. He lives and works out of Salamina which is an island close to Athens. There is a YC called NOBs YC and it is only 15 euro/night. Ferries are super cheap to and from Athens for supplies. We bought new fenders among other things. The stores are great. Michael is in demand and can be flown to your boat if that is yr budget, but if not, he will come to yr boat in Salamina.
