Dodger Project

Good day to all what is your ideas for a dodger on a wooden boat with the hatch off the side verese the center

Why not use curved and welded stainless tube, covered with the same blue cloth as used on the rest of the boat?

Put in the biggest windows possible and use the best quality glazing.

The only issue with the offset hatch that comes immediately to mind is that of reduced headroom. You may have to make the dodger higher, or cut it in.

Not suggesting a wrap around solid screen, but by raising the frame a few inches above the deck means don't have to build in front of the hatch (albeit I see that your hatch has no "garage").





(Note: same model, but different boats - neither mine )
