Can anyone recommend an inexpensive DIY haulout yard in the Chesapeake?

Old Bay Marina. On the Patapsco just outside of Baltimore.

Krentz on the Yeocomico near Callao, VA. You can DIY or they will do work, but they discourage outside contractors. Best if you DIY

Herrington Harbor North allows DIY and outside contractors. Also has several good vendors onsite who have been willing to offer advice and provide narrow specialized service alongside DIY projects. Also has the benefit of great amenities when you need a break from the project work.
