Dimensionally Stable Moisture Content
When building with Black Walnut, what is the % moisture that is considered dimensionally stable for boat building? Its going to be used in dry areas (flooring, cabinets and trim). I assume its the same as in land based wood working, but you dont know until you ask....

If you haven't already, try the Wooden Boat forum. IIRC, Richard Jagels, their resident expert covered this in a recent article.
