LOOKING TO PREP MY PEARSON 323 FOR SINGLE HAND SAILING .IS THERE ANY MATERIAL THAT GIVES POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS TO THE LAYOUT OF BLOCKS, DECK ORGANIZERS , ROPE CLUTCHES ETC .PSSIBLY FROM HARKEN OR SCHAEFER? ANY SUGGESTIONS AND ADVICE WOULD BE HELPFUL.THANKS

I like the book The Optimum Sailboat: Racing the Cruiser and Cruising the Racer by Ron Florence as a general rigging/hardware design reference. It is out of print but available from Amazon for under a dollar plus shipping.

That looks like an interesting reference. I don't think I've ever seen it.
