OK, first of all, even in WWII it didn't make the boats harder to see, it made it harder to judge their speed and bearing. And that was scientifically determined to only work if they were going fast... So I doubt I'll really have a problem with that either.
Secondly, I am thinking of leaving the cabin
white and the sails/masts will be as well.
And lastly I'm certainly planning on keeping a vigilant lookout.
But it has occurred to me that this may be a move akin to the bumfuzzle's painting their MOB
pole gray, which I thought was pretty nutty.
And there is a bright colored yacht that did it. I think the HMS Belfast is beautiful but I really dislike the colorful one.
