custom made helm seat

just joined the forum, am a new oi33 owner and was wondering if anyone

has built a arched seat for the helm? Seeing as there is a large gap between the bench seats at the transom.

Wouls like to hear some feed back on it.

thanks for the reply, but those foam seats will not work on the 33 morgan cause there is nothing in the middle to sit it on. Most 33 oi had the pedestal

mounted farther foreward so no need for a helm seat. But my boat has it in the rear of the cockpit.

I will be building a custom seat this week and will post photos of it when done ok.

i found this sample a few months ago and built something the same. did not arc it stayed flat, works great. used it all summer, took the stress out of the legs for sure.
