I finally got around to starting our cushions. Not a great choice of foam here in Kuwait, even at factory; so used 7cm of the very heavy stuff they use to make couch bass out of, then had 3cm of the hardest regular foam glued on top. Looking good so far... Not had covers made yet - they're with the upholstery guy.
