Cracks on the Pilot House!

I'm looking for a word of advice on a boat I've been considering.

I know that its hard to tell by the pictures, but I found this long cracks on the cabin top (pilot house)! The deck seems solid all around and sound good upon tapping.
I've heard that Corbins have a issue with cracks on the thick gel coat, is that the case? Or, in your opinion, it looks like something structural?

Just trying to figure out if a survey is worth it.
