Painting tomorrow

Tomorrow the hulls will be wiped down and masked off and she will be topcoated.
She is all primed and sanded.

I will be at sea tomorrow and I can't wait to see her on Monday.

They painted the hulls today, I was offshore and was not there but Forrest said it came out well.
A picture of them masking off this morning that Alan posted.

I will post pictures Monday night of the finished job.

Painted hulls, putting in thru hulls and outside lighting.

Today, we mounted the boarding lights in the steps, the shore cord plugin, the stern light, the aft flood lights, and started installing the thru hull above the waterline.

Will have all of those in tomorrow.

The paint job came out fine, and it has really made a big difference.
Things are coming together.

Tying things up

Today, I installed the lights in the cockpit, and one last interior light. With just a few more boarding lights to wire and install, the lights are nearly finished.

We also installed the copper grounding plate for the lightning system on the starboard hull today.

Forrest installed the saltwater washdown faucet on the stern today, as well as one in the chain locker forward to be able to wash the ground tackle when it is haul up after being anchored.

We almost have the engine controls finished, and would be finished if there wasn't a problem with one of the cables that we are going to have to change out when a replacement gets here.

We also started filling and bleeding the steering today, but ran out of fluid. We will finish that up tomorrow.
