Cleaning the Hull without Removing Antifouling

In this state at least, boatyards have a basin where they do their pressure washing so that the residue does not go down the storm drains. Yards here are not going to let you do your own thing at the place where they set your boat down in the yard. I would imagine other states are getting that way as well.

Personally, I think doing this is a good idea.
