Cheap / Quick (Novel?!) 'Custom Solutions' on Your Boat

Appreciate that, with Boats, often quick does not go with cheap (and usually involves a trade off between time & money) - so in this thread will settle on either / or

Just looking for ideas of modifications on onboard, including those which the next owner will likely remove - before realising a year or so later exactly why you did "that" .
