Cal 40 Update

I would like to make a few updates to a Cal 40. A sit-at chart table, Wrap-around Galley with more counter-top space , U shaped saloon berth with table to form double berth, In-line engine/drive train and re-locating the stern tube. Has anyone seen any plans of these mods? Thanks.
