Bottom paint...what should i get done

I bought a beneteau 40 last year which comes out of charter this year and I'll be part time live aboard from now on. When she is hauled out this year for the hurricane season I want to sort her bottom out. It is in sound condition but covered in layers of anti fouling. Some of it was coming away when i had her surveyed. This is a good chance to clean her up but being a newbie to keelers I have no idea what should be done, the best parctice and methods. I'll be relying on the boat yard to do the work while I am not present so need to know what to ask for. What sort of cost could be expected from a boat yard in the BVI?
