Bottom Paint on Inflatables

I have a AquaPro alum RIB which is used in southern NE waters. The dink is in the water for the entire 7 months of the sailing season and the growth on the bottom required several serious cleanings. Two years ago I applied a bottom paint for inflatables... can't recall the product's name.

Second year I simply over painted since hardly any paint was left... the dink was stored bottom up outside. I have now finished the can of paint and wonder if simply over painting is how it's done. Obviously sanding is out of the question and paint removers seem to be iffy at best.

Anyone else painting RIB bottoms with antifoul paint? How do you deal with it season after season?

Have no expertise in this matter but was just looking at Crusing World. The have a review of Interlux Microm Extra Low VOC which is described as "controlled-solubility copolymer antifouling paint, meaning that it washes away at a controlled rate, like a bar of soap, resluting in a reduced build up of old costings and less sanding when it's time for a fresh coat"
