The weight from the brochure is probably the empty weight. The only way to know the actual weight of YOUR boat is to weigh it.

Having the hull plan and knowing the draft at the bow and stern can also get you the displacement.

Truck stop or grain elevator. Weigh boat and trailer, then trailer by itself. That will give you the exact weight, dependant on your math skills. Lol.
