Bending T-Track to Conform with Hull Shape

Can someone tell me how to do this, please? I have toe rails, but I prefer to have the continuous adjustment available on a track as opposed to moving snatch blocks to and fro.

I installed 12' of 1 1/4" T track on P&S cap rails.
1. carefully mark track location "first bolt hole" each side
2. with a helper holding the track outboard and with first hole in position, drill and fasten first fastener, snug but not tight.
3. move track inboard until second hole is in position, drill and fasten as in step 1
4. repeat until all holes have been drilled and fastened, track will easily bend to fit the curve of the cap rail. You can chose to either caulk the holes as you go or wait, remove the track, then bed and refasten.

Thank you very much. I suppose, when I think about it, it could not kink which was my fear. Again thank you. I have been pondering this all winter!

As the track is pulled inboard, you will require some mechanical advantage such as a pipe or large "C" clamp; make sure that the clamp is square to the track edge in order to pull the track parallel to the mounting surface.
