Bedding Tempered Glass to Teak Frames

what compound has anyone been successful in bedding tempered glass to teak frames (skylight)? Can the compound be applied as a glazing (like in an older sash type residential) Perhaps Boat Life's polysulfide compound
thanks, pierre s/v White Swan II Port Townsend, Wa

Just did a bunch of that; used boat life caulk. So far, so good. There's a guy at the link below that worked in the hans christian shipyards and knows a lot about work like that.

Thanks, I think I'll go with the poly.
I see your in SD I've been thinking of moving there, What's life like for liveaboards? I figure to get a mooring as I hear there are no available slips and no anchoring out.
Thanks again keep the wet side down, pierre

It's really nice down here. Took us a couple of places to get into the right situation but we've been here in our current marina for three years getting ready to leave for a few years and have been really happy. Definitely on the expensive side, but you don't get a drop of rain May-December typically and the Channel Islands are right in your backyard. Tons of great services and people too. I love San Diego.
