ayacht SALVAGE YARDS

just wondering if any one knows of any good yacht salvage yards in florida.I tried the internet but not much luck.im looking for a large boom and some large hydraulic winches?

The only one I know of would be Sailorman in Ft. Lauderdale. They get a lot of used stuff from salvaged boats. Many times they have items on consignment that are not at their location. It's alays worth a call to Dave over there and ask him if he either has what you need or perhaps knows where you might look.

Can't remember the names off of the top of my head, but there are used marine supply stores in Ft. Pierce and St. Augustine as well.

Sailors Exchange is in St. Augustine and has a lot of STUFF.

That's right, Sailors Exchange just west of US 1 on King street in downtown St. Augustine. The one in Ft. Pierce is on US 1 about 1/2 mile north of the inlet.
