Question Aries Windvane Drum Clutch
Hi everybody !

Just wondering whether there's anybody out there who had a wind vane">Aries wind vane drum clutch ? Or whether anybody made a drum clutch ?

I just bought a Aries circumnavigation wind vane but it was used on a tiller and I have a steering wheel. Buying one is pretty much twice the amount of the price of the wind vane so I'm trying to find out out whether I can make one.
