Anyone have a UAT Watermaker?

I'm doing my research of the systems on a boat we are looking at purchasing.

Does anyone have one of these?

I have searched the net and can't seem to locate the operators manual. I tried the links on this thread - http://www.cruisersforum.com/forums/...air-41383.html - but none of them work. I know that they were bought out by Severn Trent, but there is nothing on their website about these.

My problem is, like most of the yacht salesman I seem to attract, getting accurate information from them is frustrating, if not impossible. This latest one (and he actually owns the brokerage) has proven to be a liar, not just about this, but multiple times. One minute he tells me it works, next he says it hasn't run in 5 years (and it has been on the hard for almost 3), then he says it needs a full service, only to tell me he will gladly fire it up for the sea trial. Thankfully, I am actually dealing with one of his underlings, a guy I really connect with. Sadly, when I want to know something, he refers to the broker and I'm back to square one. If it not for the price, I'd pass on it just on principle.

Anyone know what I should be looking for, or what I will need to make sure it works? I found the March pump and the sea strainer, but I have yet to find the pistons, nor the pressure pump. In fact, I have no clue if it is AC or DC.

This might be a possibility.

Were you able to find the manual you were looking for? We just bought a new to us baby and I'm looking at getting/finding all the manuals.
