Any Tips on Refurbishing a Teak and Holly Floor ?

It wasn't super glossy sealed or anything. It looks kind of dingy, at some point I think a bleach soaked sponge was fell onto it and left a light spot. Also looks like a magazine or other printed material might have been left wet on the floor for a period of time.

Tried scrubbing with murphy's oil soap. Tried sanding in some areas. Tough stuff and it never changes how it looks. Open to ideas. Pretty sure the stuff is the veneer'd plywood type.

You realy need to know what type of Finnish is on it to go forward. There are different ways to refinish it. Some are very easy but it depends on whats there.
