Amine blush under PE film ??

I am well aware of the issue of amine blush on the surface but what if the surface is covered with PE film as I often do to both get a smooth contoured surface and to keep things cleaner. Am I correct that the amine comes only to the surface with air? So if covered and deprive of air/oxygen, is the amine bluch prevented and does not need to be washed off? I often wet out strips of glass on PE film and then flip it up into place and leave it until cured when it peels right off. I ask because I have a difficult contour to try and wash off. Or did I create a new problem because now I have a very slick surface and it needs to be roughened up before adding more epoxy?

Re: Amine blush under PE film ??

Should work fine, thou a film makes it too shiny so needs to sand down to whatever comes on top. And it's humidity not air to cause amine blush..

BR Teddy

ps. get peel ply
