senormeccanico--in my nayborehoo,much of the noise is made by fishies eating the growth off the bottom of my boat-- there are also noises of fishies flipping and flopping-- are mullett known as leesa here-- eat skeeters(just no t enough of em). snapper and catfish(bagra) eat the growth--i need an iguana in here to eat the skeeters coming into boat....and there is a mojarra, some babies of all sorts, and something else-- small looks like an aquarium fish in a tropical fish tank. but i havent seen any krill here in this brackish water-those are in old harbor in the anchorage....mebbe we can harness that sound and make some underwater-wifi for our puters..netbook specific or something..if was sent by gummink, then should reflect some kinda wave, shouldnt it?

I have to disagree, my experience indicates that the human skin tissue in all that is required to to prevent both the ingress and egress of brain / thought waves.

Most people I have meet show very little activity of any thought process (either inwards or outwards) and what little activity is detected, usually is via the eyes.

This is most noticed after they close their eyes as the eyelid (being skin) effectivity shuts off the last remaining activity.

Occasionally one meets folk who have excess brain activity and this will penetrate the skin to sufficient degree to be detected. Often they are cruisers.

Of course your experience may vary

You know don't you that the government is not the problem because you are just living out the lives that they programed into you at birth. It is the aliens that you have to worry about. The newest thinking by those that still can is that you need shielding from all sides and also the genitals as they are interested in starting their own breading program.
