Advise on Cheoy Lee 38 Pedrick

I am looking at buying a Cheoy Lee Pedrick 38 built '90 and was wondering if anyone has any experience with this boat.

Does anyone know what kind of coring she has got? The boat I am looking at still has her teekdecks and I know that could be an issue.

Any advise much appreciated.

If it's a Glued deck if can be fine ! if its glued over glass. If its screwed to wood or glass it will leak sometime!! Thats a given! so prepare for the job ahead. Other then the decks, they can be and are good boats ! be sure to get a GOOD surveyer ! Just my 2 cents
