MJL INDUSTRIES, INC.
MJL has six divisions, including its marine companies, ABI, A&B Industries Inc, and Precision Lighting.
On May 6, 2009, MJL Industries, Inc filed a voluntary petition for liquidation under Chapter 7 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California.

Interesting. I wonder if they had an auction.

I tried ordering the ports from a few places that still have them listed, but either upon checkout they say they are out of stock and/or no longer available, or they contact me a few days later and say they cant fill the order.
The order with SailboatStuff seems to have gone through. We shall see what happens. Thanks,

I found and ordered an ABI bronze forestay release lever from Sailboatstuff and I haven't been able to find it anywhere else.
