7 Months of Dehumidifier Okay?

Is there anything I need to worry about on my boat, a 1982 Morgan 383? I have left it on the hard for 7 months with a de-humidifier running the whole time on the Florida panhandle. It seems very dry below, no mold, etc, but when I returned to the boat (after 7 months) I suddenly started to think about things like the rudder packing and dripless shaft and toilet bowl rubber, not to mention the through hulls loosening up from the fiberglass drying out, or seals on the motor or ports, etc - heck if I know anything really about this whole thing - I've been in the north where we haul our boats for the winter, not the hurricane season. Is anyone aware of issues that I might face when I launch?
