paint jobs. We just used it to buffer our 28 foot
sloop. With a light buffing of a
power buffer (up to 2500rpm) it really cut the built up scum (stuff that a scotchbrite could not even handle) and brought the shine back out. No pressure needed, just lightly run the buffer over a few square feet. The downside: its a trick to estimate just enough compound to put on the pad. Too much and you get some residue buildup on the
hull. Not that big of a deal as it comes off with soapy
water or mild solvent.
Not necessarily a "marine" product as we bought it at a local auto
parts place. Probably cheaper if you could find it at an auto
parts place anyway (no "marine premium markup")
