Yanmar Turbo Wash

I've read in previous posts about some concoction used to wash the turbo blades. If I remember rightly this was a counter-intuitive procedure of bleeding a liquid into the turbo intake with the engine running.

I can't seem to pull it up with a google search.

Anyone know what the substance is ? I seem to remember there was a proprietary Yanmar product and a home-brew version.
