Yanmar Saildrive bolt that holds the prop?

Our Yanmar propeller has a cone and a bolt to hold that cone in place,
I found the bolt undone !!
DO I JUST SCREW IT MORE TIGHT
OR DO I ADD LOCKTITE ????

I learned that lesson by losing my cone and prop. :/
