Yanmar fuel injector pump

I just changed the oil in my 4JH2-HTE, and noticed a second oil fill cap on the fuel injector pump. Looking inside, there does not appear to be any oil in it. I can see the drive gear, and all the way to the bottom. This is after I filled the crankcase with new oil. Is this a separate reservoir from the engine crankcase, and should I just put the same oil in it? I can't find anything in my service manual about it. It also has no dipstick, or oil level mark I can see, so I don't know how much to put in.
Any ideas?

Re: Yanmar fuel injector pump

It's just another place to pour in oil oil is delivered to your injection pump from the line that runs along the side of your block from the rear I can't figure out why they did that either
