Yanmar Engine Start from Bridge

Our lagoon 500 has dual control pannels for the Yanmar engines. There are two engine control pannels, one set in the main cabin and one set on the flybridge. The ONLY place you can start the engines from is inside the main cabin. It is not possible, as far as we can tell, to start the engines from the flybridge where in our opinion it is most important given the possible need for a emergency start without having to leave the stearing station. Does anyone know of a fix for this or should we call in Yanmar next time we are in a major port where there is support availalbe. There is not much help here in Nassau or down in the Exumas.
Thanks,
Doug
