Westerbeke diesel parts

I would like to purchase a shop manual for my Westerbeke 11A-1 and I am wondering if anyone has a reference for a reliable middle man. I am hoping I can find one that is online, or will take orders over the phone.

I have not had much luck with the local middle man, and I don't know if it is due to their problems, or Westerbeke's. So, I thought I would try a different middle man.

Also, do all diesel manufactures sell parts exclusively through middle men, or do some actually work directly with the end-user?
