Thank you for the all of the help. I have attached a photo of my parts. It seems if I put the hole of the plunger barrel facing the trans I get overfuel. If I face the hole forward I get no fuel. If it faces the block I get no fuel, if it faces away from the block I get overfuel. (and a noise). Can you tell me what way the hole is supposed to be facing. I looked down in my pump body ( with a cheap endoscopic camera and could not see any pin or key or place for one) I am starting to think I should go to the overfuel position and see if the problem may be my new rebuilt injector stuck open
What does this hole in the barrel do? Does the plunger turn the barrel? Once again thank you for your help. I had a mechanic out there and he was no help. The pump is pumping and the position of this hole seems to be the only adjustment I can make.
