Opps!......typo on my part......All three have the same height, 573mm. The 360mm dimension is the width of the engine
One thing that you may need to be aware of is that the MD7B was equipped with the MS2 transmission
and it was a drop center, 8 degree down angle gear
, while the MD7A used the MS gear which was a straight out gear. This means that the transmission output flange will not match up to the prop shaft without some engine bed
work. Its probably possible to fit the old gear to the new engine with a bit of parts
swapping......I would have to check the parts book to confirm that.
