Volvo dealer near Annapolis???

Help!
I am in Annapolis on my way cruising south from Georgian Bay to get my old Cabot 36 south to the Bahamas.
I cant contact the Volvo dealer in Annapolis so I guess they are busy winterizing etc. I have a throttle problem in that the MD3B diesel engine won't idle. At cruising speeds no problem. I cant figure it out and have lived with it since New York but need to get it fixed properly.
I'm going to call Volvo Penta USA but thought someone might have a recommendation. The one here comes highly recommended but as I cant contact them after a few days by phone Im on my way now to their off harbor location and if no luck then I'll have to go elsewhere.

Unlike most volvo dealers, he has a lot of parts in stock and will not require you to wait to deal with volvo when there is a problem.

He also monitors www.boatdiesel.com and provides advice to volvo owners having problems.
