Universal 5432 (Kubota D850) Oberdorfer N202M-15.

I am changing the saltwater pump on my Universal 5432 (Kubota D850) from the original Sherwood (Old universal pump #298890 new Weterbeke part #301357) to an Oberdorfer N202M-15.

On Monday purchasing Oberdorfer N202M-15 from Marine Pump Direct has 28 years of marine pump experience .

Am I doing this right? Anyone changed to Oberdorfer N202M-15 from the Sherwood?

I see you had no replies... I have the same engine - Universal 5432 on a Cal 35 Mk II. My current pump's tag lists it as a "202M 15". I understand that it was replaced with the "N202M 15", is that what you found? And is it installed now?

The N202-15 Oberdorfer was installed and works well on Kubota 5432.

Hi Rickusc,

My post had some errors:

#1 Engine is Universal 5432 (Kubota V1501) not a Kubota 5432/D850

#2 New part number for water pump">raw water pump is Oberdorfer N202M-15

Sorry I missed your original post. I did the same conversion on my Universal M-25XPB.

Very happy and I would never go back to the Sherwood.
