A dedicated seacock, serving only the raw water
cooling pump, would be sized to match the water
pump port size (probably about 3/4" I.D.).
If the saltwater foot pump (sink) and washdown pumps are both fed with ½" I.D. hoses, then a 1" I.D. seacock should suffice.
