Throttle Control
I'm hooking up the throttle cable to my 8/71 Detroit Diesel and having trouble adjusting the tension spring so that the throttle stays put. I suspect my engine came from a vehicle with a foot peddle control. Does anyone have any experience solving this problem?

Problem solved, had to stare at the controls long enough to realize there is a friction adjustment, duh.
