Smoke pouring out of the breather GM 4-71

Hi - At operating temp while idling, the engine has white smoke pouring out of the crankcase breather. There is also white smoke and a small amount of oil coming out the exhaust, just enough for a slight sheen on the water. It seems to idle fine, no misfires, etc. Is it the rings?

Thanks!
