Service Manual for Perkins 4-154 Needed

Can anyone point me to a good service manual for this engine? I am buying a boat with a 4-154 and I do my own wrenching. Dont need it to be free just good.

Marine Engine .Com has : Perkins 200 Series, 4.154 Users Handbook but there is no description. Anyone know if this "Users handbook" is worth buying?
