SeaKamp Heat Exchanger

I figured before I tore into a 4" X 19.5" heat exchanger, I'd ask if anyone has ever disassembled one completely before. I've taken the caps off and had a look, but when trying to remove the separation or diverter plate I couldn't get it to budge and figured that it may be soldered in place. Anybody got any tips??? I have a new one coming on but I like to know how things work.

Thanks in advance,

Jsta_Rebel.

Re: SeaKamp Heat Exchanger

You'd have to wait a couple of days but give SeaKamp a call and ask them

Already have and they used the term proprietary so I bought a new one. But before I trash the old one, I just thought I'd ask if anybody has ever disassembled one of these before.

I believe they are all soldered / brazed together.
