SD 50 - changing flexible mount

I need to change flexible mount on my SD50 (starting to rust). A few questions....

Can this be completed in the water?

What is the procedure for getting aft section of SD50 high enough to enable existing mount to be unbolted & removed? SD 50 is connected to a 3JH5E motor.

Thanks in advance.

Re: SD 50 - changing flexible mount

Had bearing seals done on mine in the water, no problems.
They were disconnected from motor too.
I would prop it up where it is to replace mount.
