Replacing Sailboat Engine with a Nanni N3 21?

Has anyone replaced a Faryman with a Nanni N3 21 in a Bayfield 32?
The new engine is in the engine well. I want to hire a marine mechanic to help me install it. How long will it take? The boat is in the yard.

I think both those engines are little used, so might not be much info.

Is there a spec sheet for the dimensions of the 32' Bayfield engine room? Has anyone re-engined with a V drive?
