Final Update: That last set screw went in easy as pie (it's the one that wasn't fully seated after the keyway replacement under that transmission
coupling) -- anyway, this one went in like a charm. I still have to put the monel wire thru and twist it tight (thanks for the how-to photo
SkprJohn) but this job is done.
Heading off in a couple days (have one more item for the crew incoming -- due on Tuesday) then on to Carrabelle. I saw in one of those free papers a Pirate Fest was being held at the end of the month over there and that might be interesting. Now if I can find a nice close place to anchor

Once again gents, thank you for all the advice. Everything worked out real well and hopefully this is one thing I won't have to deal with again. However I did pick up two more set screws for the coupling, a half-dozen for the PSS, and a few more for the shaft zincs -- just in case!
