Perkins 4236 zinc anodes

I have a 1990 Perkins 4236 in a Whitby 42. I am trying to find out about zinc anodes that may be used in the cooling system. Where are they located? How many should there be? What do they look like? How will I know when I see one installed? Any pics available? Does the Velvet Drive tranny have these zincs as well?
Thanks for any help
Tom

Mine has one right on the aft quarter of the heat exchanger on the left side of the engine as you look from front to rear. But...heat exchangers vary so it may not be applicable to yours. Mine is a cylinder that is just above the engines manual fuel pump.
