Perkins 4-108 Fuel filter threads for flame/thermo start

Hey Guys

Sorry for another post about the thermo start for a Perkins.

I've spoken to Canadian tire, NAPA, Part Source, and a few local auto shops.

I've spoken to Perkins who wouldn't commit to giving me an answer unless I had a bunch of serial numbers which I can't get access to without removing my engine.

Not a single answer

Anyone know what size connections are on the fuel filter? I've attached a pic.

Any ideas ?

The male threads of a 1/4" compression fitting work. This is the threaded portion under the compression nut. Then use an 1/8" npt coupling on the other end.

For future technical Perkins questions contact Transatlantic Diesel or Parts4engines and get some good frontal pics of your engine to give to them. They are very helpful in ensuring they get you the correct parts.
