Anybody know where to get parts for a Perkins 4-154?

You could try a tractor dealer with a parts department. Perkins were part of Massey Furgurson for quite a while.

They wont have much in the way of major stuff..been there done that....its a bear cat...Thats why mine will come out if she ever tanks....Fantastic engines...just an odd ball perkins model with a small production run...and no longer any factory support.

make sure to verify which perkins you have. If the fuel pump is Japanese, you have the mazda version. Many parts, like fuel pump, injectors, etc are different than the US version.

They have a couple of very knowledgable folks in the parts department.

The Westerbeke W58 started life as a Perkins 4.154. Try Torresen Marine. They still carry most of the Westerbeke W58 parts.

I have had good but limited success with Trans Atlantic Diesles for parts. Seems no one carrys the fw cooling elbows/hoses I would like to replace though. Need to take better measurements and probably make from other sources.

Are you talking about the short custom shaped hoses up front or metal parts?
I might want some of those as spares...

Yes Im talking about the short custom looking rubber elbows on the FW circuit. I was told by TA Diesels these are NLA. I need to take some measurements and see if I cant find a solution in the autoparts stores.
